Credit Controller, Permanent, Shrewsbury Your new company Hays are working with a well-established business who are looking for a credit controller to join their team in Shrewsbury on a permanent basis Your new role You will be taking responsibility for your own part of the ledger and your duties will include: Proactively chasing outstanding debts via phone letter and email Resolving queries and issues Posting and allocating cash Credit Checks Liaising with internal sales team What you'll need to succeed You should have experience in Credit control or accounts management and be a confident communicator who is able to build rapport over the phone. You should have good IT skills, accuracy and attention to detail and be able to work well within a team What you'll get in return This is a permanent role, which is easily accessible in Shrewsbury with on site parking.
