We are looking for Cover Supervisors who are ready to step into the spotlight across secondary schools in Liverpool and the surrounding areas!

Role type: Full/ Part time and long term or day to day supply roles available.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with young people or in a leadership role.
* Strong verbal communication skills to give clear instructions.
* Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy school environment.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
Key Duties:
* Take register and ensure all students are present at the start of the lesson.
* Lead secondary classes and deliver pre-planned work left by the teacher.
* Manage student behaviour to keep the classroom calm and safe.
* Answer student questions and help them complete their assigned tasks.
* Collect all completed work and resources at the end of the period.
* Leave a short note for the regular teacher about how the lesson went.
* Follow the school's behaviour policy to deal with any classroom disruptions.
* Ensure the classroom is left tidy and ready for the next group.
