Integra Education are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Community Support Tutor to assist with community-based enrichment sessions in Southport.
This role involves supporting a lead tutor and a young person during engaging, educational enrichment activities delivered within the community. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a meaningful impact - qualifications are not essential.
The Role
Support a lead tutor during enrichment sessions
Assist a pupil with engagement and participation
Help create a positive and encouraging learning environment
Promote confidence, motivation and social development
Sessions may take place in community settings and will focus on building skills, confidence and positive experiences outside of a traditional classroom environment.
What we're looking for✅
Has experience working with children or young people (formal or informal)
Has a positive, patient and supportive attitude
Is reliable and professional
Can build rapport easily
Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service
You do not need to be a qualified teacher or tutor - strong experience and the right attitude are what matter most.
