This isn't just a "leaks and pipes" job—you’ll be responsible for full bathroom rip-outs and installs within occupied homes. The Role: * Full bathroom refurbishments (rip-out to completion). * Working in occupied social housing; maintaining a clean, professional, and respectful presence is a must. * Delivering high-quality finishes within set timeframes. What You Need: * Experience: Proven track record in full bathroom fitting. * Tools & Transport: You must have your own professional tools and a reliable vehicle. * Skills: Multi-trade capability (tiling/carpentry basics) is a huge plus. * Attitude: Punctual, tidy, and comfortable communicating with residents.
