With growing demand for skilled engineers and major investment in facilities and apprenticeships, this organisation is expanding its delivery team - and is now looking for a passionate industry professional to join as a Pipefitting & Welding Trainer.
You'll be based in a modern, well-equipped workshop, delivering hands-on training to apprentices working toward Level 3 qualifications in Pipefitting and Welding. You don't need to have taught before - just the experience, people skills, and desire to help others succeed. Full teacher training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role:
* Deliver practical training sessions in pipefitting
* Coach and support apprentices working toward engineering qualifications
* Contribute to the development of workshop tasks and learning materials
* 37 hours/week - Monday to Friday
The Person:
* Background in Pipefitting, Welding, or Industrial Plumbing
* Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline
* Confident communicator who enjoys coaching and mentoring
* No teaching experience required - full training provided
