Business Development Executive
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, thrives in a client-facing role, and has a strong drive to generate new business opportunities. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base, identifying market opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients across various sectors. Youll work closely with our technical and marketing teams to present tailored IT solutions that solve real business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients and new market opportunities within the IT and technology sector
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and events
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client requirements and present appropriate IT solutions and services
Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demos (in-person or virtual)
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals
Work with internal teams (technical, support, marketing) to ensure successful onboarding and project delivery
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using our CRM system
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys growth strategy
Requirements: 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in IT, tech, or software)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of IT products, managed services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation (training will be provided if needed)
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised
Desirable: Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of UK IT market trends, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or SaaS solutions
