Qualification
* BSc in Building Surveying (or equivalent RICS‑accredited degree)
* Working towards full RICS or CIOB membership
Responsibilities
* Deliver, manage and administer construction contracts from commencement to completion, ensuring quality, time and budget targets are met.
* Support clients with programme development, cost and value management, and contract administration.
* Provide specialist services such as Fire Risk Assessment, Principal Designer support, and CDM compliance.
* Analyse building defects and specify works, using knowledge of building and planning legislation, CDM Regulations and building contracts (JCT, PSPC, NEC3/4, TSC, ECC).
* Assist with AutoCAD design production and liaison with mechanical, electrical and structural design teams.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Knowledge of Major and Minor Capital Programme delivery.
* Competence in applying a range of construction and procurement frameworks.
