If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for you! Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries regarding aftersales services and support Schedule and manage service appointments while maintaining optimal customer communication Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery Provide customers with updates and resolutions regarding their service experiences Promote aftersales products and services to enhance customer satisfaction Contribute to achieving aftersales performance targets £12.98 an hour. £30,387, OTE £45,000 Shifts are working 45 hours a week over 5 days. The client is open 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays. Start date ASAP The Individual The successful candidate will have the following experience: Previous experience in an aftersales or customer service role in the automotive industry PreviousKeyloop experience Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong organisational capabilities with attention to detail A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment A valid drivers licence is essential Working with Certain Advantage We go the extra mile to find the best people for the job.
