We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Resourcing Advisor to join our HR team located at our Basingstoke Head office. This role is responsible for delivering a high‑quality, end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding service with a strong focus on administration, accuracy, and compliance.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate journey—from attraction to onboarding—while maintaining robust administrative processes and supporting effective hiring across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently and to business requirements.
* Partner with hiring managers to deliver a professional, timely, and effective recruitment service.
* Utilise and promote the effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring process adherence.
* Build and manage relationships with preferred recruitment agencies, ensuring performance and cost‑effectiveness.
* Drive direct sourcing strategies to reduce recruitment costs and improve candidate quality.
* Take ownership of all onboarding and recruitment administration, ensuring a smooth and compliant process for all new starters.
* Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
* Maintain and update all employee records on HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are fully supported and effectively integrated into the business.
* Maintain accurate audit trails including Request to Recruit and Contract Requests.
* Produce and analyse recruitment data to support informed decision‑making.
* Ensure all recruitment and onboarding processes are fully compliant with HR policies and procedures.
* Maintain job description libraries and recruitment documentation.
* Support employer branding initiatives, enhancing reputation across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
About You
* Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role with strong administrative and onboarding expertise.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Experience managing high‑volume processes with accuracy and efficiency.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident working with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
* Proactive, solution‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or recruitment within a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience in a service‑driven organisation is advantageous.
* Educated to A-Level standard (preferred).
