Cure Talent are excited to partner with a leading organisation in the medical device industry in their search for a Production Engineer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
* Validate equipment and processes, including preparing protocols, testing, and reporting
* Investigate and resolve production issues affecting product quality in collaboration with the Engineering team
* Implement process improvements, including automation, to optimise efficiency and quality
* Create, update, and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and risk analyses in line with QMS requirements
* Monitor equipment faults and process capability, using data analysis to suggest and implement improvements
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a Production Engineering role within a regulated manufacturing environment
* Strong background in equipment and process validation, including documentation and reporting
* Ability to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives
* Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs, and risk management tools
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes
