Essential criteria
6. Effective HCPC Registration or equivalent NMC Registration, and outside of any preceptorship period.
7. Level 6 qualification in Paramedic Science or current Level 5 equivalent, and to achieve Level 6 with significant post-registration experience, or previous relevant experience demonstrable at Level 6.
8. Level 5 or 6 Mentoring/Practice Education qualification and applied demonstrable experience.
9. Level 7 Master’s Degree in an enhanced, advanced or related subject and applied demonstrable experience within the clinical/medical/healthcare sector, or relevant postgraduate Level 7 demonstratable experience and to achieve full Master’s Degree within 3 years of appointment.
10. Recognised Managerial and Clinical Leadership Qualification and applied demonstrable experience.
