Whatyou’lldo asa Lawyer:
1. Provideday-to-day commercial legal adviceto operationsin the UK,Irelandand Nordics, partnering closely with sales, engineering, and project teams.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (including MSAs, frameworks, and major project agreements).
3. Support complex projects, including construction, infrastructure, and energy/EPC work
4. Enable the business by taking a practical,solutions-led approach to risk and contract management.
5. Work cross-functionally to support growth, helping teams deliver commercially sound outcomes.
You are:
6. A qualified lawyer (5+ PQE or equivalent experience) with strong commercial contracting skills
7. Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented, with a “can-do” mindset
8. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to new areas of work
9. A team playerand down-to-earth, able to build relationships across all levels of the business
10. Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or related sectors.
