In this role, you'll be the go-to person for spares and parts support across our product ranges. You'll manage customer queries, process orders, and ensure smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling spares and parts orders with accuracy and efficiency
* Managing inboxes and responding to queries within agreed timeframes
* Advising customers on product availability, pricing, and technical issues
* Supporting our complaint, returns, and collections processes
* Collaborating with internal teams and maintaining clear records
* Running and sharing weekly reports
* Supporting ongoing projects with the Technical Product Specialist
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal
* A team player who's also confident working independently
* Great attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable using Excel and other systems
* Technical product knowledge is a plus
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
This role will be Hybrid. Work from home 3 days and on site in Halifax for 2 days (Wednesdays & Thursdays)
