Residential Solicitor

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working within a collaborative and professional environment that values clear communication and strong client care. Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Delivering a high standard of client service with proactive and clear communication throughout each case
* Supervising and supporting support staff, helping to develop team capability
* Contributing to business development, networking, and maintaining strong client relationships
We're Looking For
* Qualified Residential Solicitor or Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years PQE
* Strong experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Excellent client care skills and a professional, approachable manner
* Confident using case management systems and legal software
* A team-focused individual who is organised, reliable, and motivated
