RESPONSIBILITIES * Managing a diverse commercial property caseload with a strong focus on land and development work, including (but not limited to) site acquisitions, disposals, finance and refinancing, section 106 agreements, deeds of easement, conditional contracts, and collateral warranties. * Delivering clear and commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of property transactions. * Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents with precision and attention to detail. * Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and development projects, as well as general asset management matters. * Supporting development schemes from initial site assembly through to completion, liaising with agents, developers, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout each stage. * Managing secured lending and refinancing matters for both private and commercial clients, ensuring all transactions comply with current property laws and lender requirements. * Undertaking due diligence a...
