Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience, plus company benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri between 8am-6pm with a 30-min lunch -

Purpose of the Role
Williams Lea is seeking a Presentations Designer to work onsite at a leading banking institution in London.
As a Presentations Designer, you will be part of the Presentations Team, working closely with Creative Services based in Canary Wharf. The team delivers high‑quality, creative, interactive multimedia presentations alongside standardised branded collateral. This role requires a confident and skilled designer who can collaborate effectively with clients and the global Williams Lea team to produce visually compelling, high‑quality PowerPoint outputs.
You will professionally represent the department while supporting the design and presentations team in delivering exceptional work. This includes contributing to concept development, collaborating with designers, presentation operators, workflow teams and stakeholders, and interpreting briefs to deliver effective design solutions as part of the creative process.
You will have a passion for transforming content into impactful and engaging visual narratives. Success in this role relies on delivering innovative creative execution across media, maintaining consistency in look and feel, and adhering strictly to brand guidelines. A proactive, “can‑do” attitude is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest creative standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively deliver outstanding creative multimedia presentations in line with client brand guidelines
2. Think creatively to develop innovative ideas and concepts in collaboration with the Global Creative Director
3. Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality control across all deliverables
4. Contribute forward‑thinking ideas and maintain awareness of current design techniques, trends, and best practices
5. Create engaging and visually compelling infographics
6. Apply design principles related to animation and moving image where appropriate
7. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
8. Support the business to deliver client work “right first time, on time”
9. Maintain professional, proactive communication with clients and manage expectations effectively
10. Provide technical and creative guidance to clients using design expertise
11. Build strong professional relationships with clients and consistently deliver excellent customer service
12. Support the workflow team by providing accurate project estimates
13. Adopt a proactive approach to project and time management
14. Adhere to all departmental, company, and client policies and procedures
15. Ensure all activity is recorded accurately using designated company systems and tools
Knowledge and Skills
We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills and strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite. Experience spanning print, digital, and moving image design is required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
As a key member of the Studio, you will be committed to achieving high levels of client satisfaction. You will actively contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture, sharing knowledge and learning while supporting the development of colleagues and the wider business.

23. Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
24. Advanced PowerPoint skills
25. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
26. Experience with animation or motion graphics is desirable
