What you’ll be doing:
·Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty, advocacy, and mutual business growth
·Helping customers get the most from our marketing resources and tools, including lead generation, brochures, POS material, our rewards system, image libraries, and website content
·Providing system training and demos where necessary
·Understanding each customer’s unique marketing needs and working with the internal marketing team to tailor effective solutions
·Keeping customers informed of product updates, new campaigns, and available collateral
·Identifying and managing content opportunities such as case studies and photography — turning them into co-branded marketing pieces
·Producing and sharing review reports following customer meetings, ensuring actions are followed through internally
·Ensuring brand partners represent us correctly and their customer benefits are passed on appropriately
·Managing the marketing portal and keeping it current
·Tracking customer engagement with our marketing efforts and measuring their impact (e.g., lead conversions, brochure downloads)
·Gathering customer feedback and feeding it into continuous improvement of our offering
·Understanding and adapting to our different audiences — i.e. B2B and B2C
