ZSG Front of House Assistant Manager's Responsibilities
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store
* Managing all expected key performance indicators of exceptional Customer Service
* Supervising & coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience
* Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards
ZSG Front of House Assistant Manager's Skills & Experience
* Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on
* A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
* A positive 'can do' attitude
* Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
* Experienced Restaurant Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
