We are seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to join a forward-thinking team in the heart of Bradford. This is a key leadership role where you will help shape service delivery, drive clinical excellence, and support continuous improvement across primary care services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring services are delivered to the highest regulatory and professional standards.
* Provide leadership and support to clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
* Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and the leadership team to optimise service performance and enhance patient outcomes.
* Manage KPIs, compliance, and clinical audits to monitor quality and drive improvement.
* Support recruitment, training, development, and performance management of team members.
* Contribute to strategic business planning and client relationship management.
About you:
* Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a primary care or NHS setting.
* Strong understanding of clinical governance, NHS contracts (DES, GMS, PMS), and healthcare compliance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Experience using data to performance manage teams and services.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
