* Greet and assist late-night guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
* Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports
* Monitor hotel security and ensure safety protocols are followed
* Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
* Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
