We are recruiting for our client, a global PR and communications agency. They are looking for a Senior Digital Account Executive to join their team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both execution and client interaction, managing campaigns end-to-end while building strong relationships and delivering measurable results.
You’ll work across a range of clients, collaborating with wider marketing and PR teams to ensure digital activity is fully integrated and delivering against commercial objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Paid Media
* Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across social, search and display
* Manage activity across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta
* Monitor performance and make real-time, data-led optimisations
* Allocate and manage budgets effectively to hit agreed KPIs
* Work closely with creative teams to deliver high-impact campaign assets
Client Management
* Act as a day-to-day contact for clients on digital activity
* Build strong relationships through regular updates, reporting and strategy sessions
* Present campaign performance and recommendations clearly and confidently
* Collaborate with wider teams to align digital with broader marketing and comms strategies
Data & Reporting
* Track and analyse campaign performance across channels
* Produce regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
* Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA and conversion performance
* Use analytics tools to measure and improve campaign effectiveness
Strategy
* Support the development of paid media strategies aligned to client goals
* Stay up to date with platform updates, trends and new opportunities
* Identify areas for campaign growth, optimisation and new channel testing
Skills & Experience
Essential experience
* Proven experience (3+ years) in managing paid digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, affiliate, and display channels.
* Strong account management skills with experience working directly with clients.
* Proficient in using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic display platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Experience managingmultiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.
* Strong understanding of paid media metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage budgetsand ensure that spend is allocated efficiently.
* Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Desired experience
* Experience in B2B sectors such as technology, financial services, telecoms, or fintech.
* Familiarity with SEO principles and their integration with paid media campaigns.
* Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing qualifications.
* Experience workingwithin an agencyenvironment.
* Ability to manage junior team members or freelancers.
Salary: 30-36k
