The Role
You will spearhead the Insolvency Department, with responsibility for shaping strategy, developing client relationships, and driving growth.
Your work will cover the full spectrum of insolvency-related work, with a strong focus on acting for insolvency practitioners on the recovery of assets for creditors. This includes:
* Advising receivers, liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy, and insolvency practitioners
* Pursuing recovery actions to maximise realisations for creditors
* Handling a wide variety of insolvency-related disputes across multiple sectors
* Working closely with colleagues in corporate and litigation teams to provide a joined-up approach
