Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
* Handle a variety of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
* Carry out title investigations, draft and review contracts and raise and respond to enquiries
* Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process
* Maintain accurate and compliant records throughout each file
* Keep clients informed with clarity and professionalism at every stage
* Support and mentor junior team members when required
About You
* Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive CILEx
* At least 2 years post qualification experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
* Sound understanding of conveyancing law, SDLT requirements and Land Registry procedures
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
* Experienced with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
* A proactive problem solver with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
