Our clientis on the hunt for a proactive and reliable Fabricator / Workshop Operative to join their Depot Modifications team! From container conversions to custom fabrication, no two days are the same and they are looking for someone who thrives on variety and values high-quality results. ?? Your Role Will Include: Carrying out container repairs, refurbishments, conversions, and related fabrication work Completing tasks such as paint spraying, Grafotherm application, basic carpentry, and other tasks Assisting with other duties when required (e.g. operating large lift trucks with training if needed) Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workspace, including tools, equipment, and personal PPE Continuously learning and developing your skills as new services are introduced Participating in both on-site and off-site work as needed Attending and actively contributing to training sessions Being available for occasional out-of-hours work when reasonably required What They Are Looking For: Basic English (reading and writing) Fabrication (Minimum 1 year) MIG Welding (Minimum 1 year) FLT Licence (Advantageous) Experience in a Manufacturing environment (Minimum 2 years) This role requires working outdoors; candidates must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, then please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
