Graduate Quantity Surveyor
We are recruitingfor a Tier 1 business who is looking for progressive quantity surveyor graduates to join their team. They are offering a really variedarrayof projects that will allow an opportunity to really progress yourown skills and abilities.
Ideally you will want the opportunity to work on projects for a full 360 process across many disciplines. This will include Civils and Housing projects.
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects from initial design through to completion.
* Monitor project costs throughout the construction process, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to financial plans.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to negotiate costs and secure best value for money.
* Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract administration.
* Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects for audit and reporting purposes.
* Working on prestigious projects in Plymouth
* Managing cost control and commercial aspects from concept to completion
* Assisting the QS Teams with multiple projects
