IT BUSINESS SUPPORT JUNIOR - Romford Nissan
RESPONSIBLE TO: IT DIRECTOR
The day-to-day role requires you to ensure that the company's user community and computer network are supported and users requests are responded to in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* First and Second line support for general IT tickets and support requests.
* Assist other team members and user community with daily operational tasks as direct by the senior management team.
* Effectively use remote technologies to solve user issues and, if required, visit the user to offer desk side support.
* Promote a positive and professional attitude to all user and team interactions.
* Assist with implementation projects either at Head Office or within the Glyn Hopkin Dealership estate.
* Encourage and promote positive IT change within Glyn Hopkin.
* Tasks as directed by the Senior IT Management Team.
PERFORMANCE GOALS
* Issue Resolution and Ticket Management
* Working with employees across the business to visit locations within the group if the problem is more serious.
* Positive Attitude, Pro-Activity.
* Maintain a neat personal appearance in accordance with company policy.
