Senior Account Manager – Telecoms & Managed IT Services
Based Gloucester/ Bristol (Hybrid Remote + Field) | £45k Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £90k–£100k+ with Accelerators up to £120k+

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join an award‑winning, fast‑growing managed services organisation that delivers straightforward, business‑critical communications, connectivity and IT services to thousands of UK businesses.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
* Take ownership of 100+ existing commercial accounts spanning unified communications, cloud telephony, business connectivity, mobile plans, and IT support services.
* Build and protect strong client relationships through proactive engagement, solution selling, and excellent service.
* Drive upsell, cross‑sell and referral opportunities to grow monthly recurring revenue and annual contract value.
* Work collaboratively as part of a successful sales and account management team with a hybrid mix of remote work, customer visits, and office training/coaching.
This isn't a passive account manager role - you'll be rewarded for spotting opportunities early, understanding business challenges, and helping customers get more value from the technology and services they rely on.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has demonstrable experience managing mid‑to‑large commercial accounts in telecoms, IT managed services, connectivity or cloud communications.
* Is proactive, commercial and confident with consultative sales, upselling and cross‑selling.
* Thrives on customer relationships and delivering real business outcomes, not just ticking boxes.
* Enjoys working in a collaborative environment with ongoing training and professional development.
