Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within luxury lifestyle hospitality or a comparable relationship‑led sector.
Strong track record in groups, meetings and events, and agency-driven business, with an established network of key contacts.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop proactive sales teams, driving both performance and accountability.
Commercially astute, with experience negotiating high‑value contracts, partnerships, and multi‑year agreements.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insight into actionable sales plans and revenue growth.
Confident senior relationship builder, comfortable operating at executive and agency level.
Experienced in managing multi‑segment sales strategy across corporate, MICE, leisure, and entertainment markets.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated results.
Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced London market, with a hands‑on leadership style.
Passionate about lifestyle hospitality, design‑led brands, and delivering commercially successful, experience‑driven propositions.
