Senior Support Worker
Location: Brislington, Bristol
Pay rate starts at: £14.10 per hour
This position requires you to hold a Full UK Manual Driving licence for at least 1 year and be over the age of 21 due to insurance policy to drive our on site vehicles.
Typical shifts: Monday to Sunday 8am‑3pm and 3pm‑10am.

Responsibilities
* Help people gain more independence in their daily lives
* Assist the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the ABI service
* Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues, support supervision, order medication
* Ensure the people we support manage their finances
* Work with individuals with acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care
* Experience working with individuals with acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
