What You'll Be Doing - No two days are the same in this fast-paced, rewarding role:
Building and developing relationships with local businesses
Winning new business through a structured, multi-channel sales approach
Meeting clients face-to-face and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through their job search
Attending networking events and building your presence in the local market
Managing your own desk and exceeding revenue targetsWho We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment or a strong background in target-driven sales
Confident communicator-on the phone and face-to-face
