Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent service? bpha is looking for a dedicated Business Support Administrator to join our team and help us provide outstanding business and facilities support to all our employees.
What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and deliveries at our office.
* Ensure smooth office operations: manage correspondence, set up meeting rooms, and keep our facilities running efficiently.
* Support contract management and central purchasing, maintaining essential stocks and liaising with suppliers.
* Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with our procedures.
* Coordinate document management and support data subject access requests (DSARs).
* Deliver a customer-focused service, responding to requests and solving problems with a positive, can-do attitude.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
* Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks—including some lifting and moving of office equipment.
* Good written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to service delivery.
* Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, grade C or above.
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in a customer-focused office support role.
* Experience working in a team to achieve shared goals.
