* Deliver a highly personalised, high-touch luxury client experience
* Present fine jewellery with confidence, emotion, and storytelling
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships and repeat business
* Manage appointments, follow-ups, and client outreach
* Maintain impeccable personal presentation and boutique standards
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in luxury, premium retail, or fine jewellery preferred
* Passion for craftsmanship, storytelling, and meaningful client journeys
* Naturally well-spoken, articulate, and confident with UHNW clientele
* Immaculate personal presentation and strong attention to detail
* Commercially driven with a relationship-first mindset
