As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success, we are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.
About the Role:
This position brings daily challenges and responsibilities aimed at troubleshooting problems and providing solutions. This position is a great fit for avid problem solvers and incorporates a balance of technical skills and business knowledge.
Responsibilities:
1. Key personal characteristics include reliability, flexibility, and willingness to contribute to a team working environment
2. Building POS systems for New Store Rollouts, Store Refits and Store Projects
3. Liaising with Senior Product Specialist to ensure POS Hardware is delivery on time
4. The successful candidate will work alongside the EPOS Administrator to provide Holiday Cover and provide additional resource at peak times
5. Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

Position: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:45am - 17:30pm (from time to time, as per Business Requirements, some work may occasionally be required outside of these times.)
