Head of Marketing Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, the holder of this role will be an active member of the operational board for the HCM market led by the market Managing Director. They will be responsible for owning and developing the marketing plan across all channels for that market to deliver an inbound strategy for the qualified sales leads, sales pipeline and ultimately revenue contribution. Responsibility includes cross functional initiatives developed at Board level for the market and marketing planning and execution using the HCM team and wider group resources to deliver. It will require the holder to provide regular feedback and analysis on the activities being run. Aligned to a specific market the job holder will be expected to build a deep understanding of their sector and work with product marketing to ensure product positioning is optimised within the sector and the themes of all marketing activities respond to the trends and pains of that market. The key objective of this role is to deliver a inbound marketing plan that ensures the delivery of qualified sales leads, pipeline growth and revenue in line with the markets business plan. It will require the holder to build good relationships within the wider marketing team and business development team as well as other functional areas. Responsibilities: Own marketing plan for HCM market. Involving the creation and execution. Manages marketing activities and demand generation programs. Responsible for ensuring programs run to time and budget. Responsible for the development, production and implementation of strategic field marketing programs that position the Company and its products in high visibility with customers, partners, prospects and influencers. Responsible for the attainment of sales volume (leads) and financial goals (conversions), including profitability with targeted lead generation campaigns. Identifies, recommends and manages third party resources as required. Key Performance Indicators: Achievement of clearly stated objectives in terms of target number of MELs (Marketing Engaged Leads), MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) and Marketing Orientated Sales bookings per quarter/annually.
