Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering exceptional results on prestigious projects? This is an opportunity to join a leading contractor renowned for luxury residential construction and heritage refurbishments across London and the South of England.
You'll be working on a Grade II listed manor house refurbishment, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. The project includes structural restoration, bespoke joinery, and high-spec finishes, requiring meticulous cost control and commercial management.

* Full commercial management of high-value residential projects.
* Cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
* Liaising with clients, architects, and specialist trades.
* Ensuring financial control and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a QS on high-end residential or heritage projects.
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and cost management.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Passion for quality and attention to detail.
