As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to elevate their digital strategy and performance marketing capabilities.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketer who is ready to move beyond execution and take ownership of strategy, planning and performance. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital campaigns across multiple channels, while working with a Marketing Executive responsible for day-to-day execution.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of digital campaigns, including budget management, optimisation and reporting. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure campaigns align with wider business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid media, content, and brand
* Manage and optimise paid campaign budgets across platforms including LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
* Lead on performance analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics
* Oversee the execution of campaigns, guiding and supporting Marketing Executives
* Drive continuous improvement through testing, optimisation and data‑led insights
* Utilise HubSpot for marketing automation, campaign management and reporting
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with commercial goals
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and strategic recommendations
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines hands‑on digital marketing experience with a strategic mindset. You’ll be confident managing campaigns but equally comfortable stepping back to plan, analyse and optimise.
You will have:
* Proven experience running performance marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and paid media
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads
* Experience using HubSpot for marketing automation and reporting (must have)
* A track record of analysing campaign performance and driving improvements
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* A proactive, ambitious attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to progress
