About the role
An exciting opportunity to join Peak Pharmacy as our Talent Acquisition Partner, with full ownership of the recruitment function across the business.
This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering recruitment across our network of 130+ community pharmacy branches, warehouse operations (including driver recruitment), and head office functions. You will act as the subject matter expert for recruitment — partnering with leaders, shaping hiring approaches, and ensuring we attract high-quality colleagues who support safe, effective patient care.
Key responsibilities
1. Take sole ownership of recruitment activity across branches, warehouse, drivers, and support functions
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a high-quality and compliant hiring process
3. Partner with senior leaders, Area Managers, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities
4. Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and local attraction methods
5. Deliver regular recruitment reports, analyse trends, and provide insights to support decision-making
6. Identify risks such as vacancy hotspots or pipeline gaps and recommend solutions
7. Enhance recruitment processes, systems, and ways of working to improve efficiency and candidate experience
8. Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers
9. Represent the organisation externally to strengthen employer brand
What you’ll need to have
10. Strong experience in recruitment, ideally within a multi-site or healthcare environment
11. Experience managing full lifecycle recruitment independently
12. Proven ability to use LinkedIn or similar tools to source candidates
13. Confidence acting as the lead for recruitment and influencing stakeholders at all levels
14. Strong analytical skills with experience producing reports and interpreting data
15. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload
16. Customer-focused mindset with attention to quality and compliance
It would be great if you also have
17. Experience supporting recruitment across large operational workforces
18. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems or recruitment CRMs
19. Understanding of workforce challenges in community pharmacy or regulated sectors
