About us
We are currently eight schools: three special needs schools, four secondaries and one primary school, all local to the Farnham, Haslemere and Woking areas. As a Trust, we are very positive about the difference we are making. Our schools are a force for good within their respective communities, delivering positive outcomes as reflected across the measures of Ofsted, Progress 8 and national attainment measures. Our finances are strong, despite funding challenges, and our estates are well maintained with a regular programme of innovative capital works taking place across all our schools. We are the largest employer in the area and therefore have a responsibility to our staff to ensure they are looked after and enjoy being part of our organisation.
The Trust is at an exciting point in its development as we move into a new phase of growth, with a further five schools joining the Trust from September 2024.
The role
Alongside our own development, the world of education faces perhaps one of the greatest technological opportunities with the rapid growth of AI technology. We are looking to embrace the opportunity to develop our use of technology across all aspects of our work. We believe technology offers significant opportunities to streamline how we learn, teach and are organised operationally. As a Trust, we are ready to embark on a programme of wider alignment and specialisation across our business operations and utilise technology innovatively and creatively.
This role is new to our Trust, and as such, our Director of Technology will develop and lead our Technology Strategy working alongside a range of colleagues. We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader who is able to build strong relationships and engagement mechanisms with a wide variety of colleagues across learning/teaching teams, business/operational teams, and Governance and Trustee teams.
What we can offer you
As a trust, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every member of our team can thrive and contribute to our shared goals. We offer a vast range of benefits, including:

* Membership of the LGPS or TPS pension schemes with 22% (LGPS) and 28% (TPS) employer contributions
* Access to our rewards scheme
* Additional two-day wellbeing weekend in November
