Are you passionate about making a difference in education and the future of the health and social care workforce? Abingdon and Witney College is looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our thriving team.
You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching, supporting learner progression, and preparing students for careers in healthcare, social care, and related professions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of Health and Social Care programmes.
* Plan and prepare lessons that meet curriculum standards and learner needs.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear, constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development and review of curriculum materials and schemes of work.
* Provide academic and pastoral support to learners, promoting achievement and well-being.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and progress in line with college policies.
* Engage in continuous professional development and participate in departmental meetings and quality assurance processes.
