The Role
As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing member experience and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering an exceptional member experience alongside the Gym Manager
* Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
* Leading and developing a talented team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors
* Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff
* Managing and improving our Group Exercise offerings
You will help create a fantastic environment for both your team and gym members, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contributing to our membership growth.

* A Level 2 qualification in gym instructing, along with experience in teaching group exercise
