Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Assurance Lead to take responsibility for quality assurance activities across complex space projects. This role requires coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure full compliance with customer requirements, project timelines, and international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Definition and maintenance of product assurance standards in alignment with
customer requirements
● Acting as the primary interface for all quality-related matters with the customer
● Leading the product assurance team within the project framework
● Coordinating support from product assurance experts within the matrix
organization
● Planning and managing quality activities tailored to project-specific needs
● Supporting key project reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, MPCBs, PCBs, IRRs,
TRBs, ARs, DRBs)
● Planning and chairing major product assurance milestones (EQSRs, MRRs,
TRRs, QRs)
● Preparing project audit plans and supporting audit execution
● Implementing and monitoring non-conformance control processes
● Organizing and chairing project Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRBs)
Qualifications:
● Degree in engineering, physics, or an equivalent technical discipline
● Several years of professional experience in Product Assurance, ideally within the
space sector or supplier monitoring
● Confident in making and communicating decisions with both suppliers and
customers
● Strong negotiation and communication skills
● Proactive, flexible, and highly responsible approach to work
● Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
● Fluent in English, both written and spoken
● Willingness to travel frequently
