Vacancy: Territory Manager
Salary: £30,000 + Car Allowance £5,000 + Benefits
Location: Crewe & Manchester

The Vacancy
The purpose of this role is to successfully manage our ParcelShop network within a specified territory through the professional selling of Evri ParcelShop Services to prospective retailers in identified areas to increase coverage, products, and services.
The role includes the day-to-day performance management of these sites to ensure a fantastic customer experience. This role is agile, so travel is required daily to maintain contact with ParcelShops within the territory and other areas within the UK if necessary. In this fast-paced role, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to think both commercially and creatively to manage your territory, ensuring all ParcelShop parcels are handled with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Review and improve service using key reports and MI to drive service enhancement with under-performing retailers, tracking achievements against company KPI targets in the parcel journey.
* Motivate and engage ParcelShop Retailers to ensure high customer service standards, improving overall satisfaction.
* Ensure safe Health and Safety practices are in place and parcels are stored securely.
* Control costs and maintain profitability of ParcelShop locations within the territory.
* Analyze retailer data against KPI targets and take responsibility for retailer performance within your territory.
* Increase awareness of the ParcelShop service through retailer training, updating POS, and promoting local retailer activity.
* Train ParcelShop staff on processes and the correct use of Evri equipment.
* Identify opportunities to recruit new ParcelShop locations adhering to operational requirements.
* Sell additional ParcelShop services to eligible sites to meet targets.
* Complete all retailer administration documents accurately, including Business Insurance and Public Liability.
* Analyze enquiry and claims data, reacting appropriately to retailer performance against KPIs.
* Maintain a regular visit cycle with shops within your territory.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Current UK Driving Licence
