Medik8 is a leading skincare company dedicated to providing high-quality, results-driven skincare products backed by scientific research and innovation. We are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to drive our brand's success within the EMEA & ROW region.
Salary - £50,000 - £60,000
Key responsibilities
* Being the Medik8 Champion and translating strategic goals into results by developing a strong brand identity in each regional market
* Promoting growth and improving the brand's potential sales and performance of each partner, in line with regional strategy
* Monitoring and maximising ROI for every project and campaign
* Planning and executing events across the region and channels in collaboration with Global Education
* Knowledge of the PR & Social arenas to advise and guide distributors on the execution of global brand strategies
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop channel-specific marketing plans and promotional activities for EMEA & ROW distributors localised activation
* Create and implement partner-specific marketing programs to generate incremental sales
* Work closely with the D2C department to enhance customer loyalty, support customer acquisition and develop promotional and marketing calendar
* Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to optimise future results
The successful candidate will
* Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
* Have significant trade marketing experience, or related experience in the skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry
* Have a strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
* Have a proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing programs and campaigns with channels within the distributor business model
* Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partner relationships
* Have excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and reporting
* Be proficient in marketing software and tools
* Have creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
