Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lichfield - WS13 8RR
Salary: £15.47 per hour, 37 hours a week, over 5 days Monday - Friday (once trained you may only be required on site 2-3 days a week)
Temporary role until 31st March 2027 (could be extended)
Candidates with experience, interest or qualifications in the environment will be at an advantage.

* Responding to emails and other forms of communication
* Data input and some data analysis

* Contacting key stakeholders
* Process improvement
* Support with presentations

* General administration skills
* Data input and analysis skills
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
* Excellent IT skills
Desirable Skills
* Project management skills
* Ability to evaluate feedback and ensure continuous improvement in processes
Education and Experience
A good standard of education is required; relevant educational qualifications in business management would be an advantage.
A car or other mode of transport is an advantage, as there will be the occasional need to go to other sites (monthly).
