Support children with SEN in the Early Years (Nursery and Reception)

Assist with classroom activities, learning, and behaviour management

Work closely with teachers to implement strategies tailored to each child

Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement

Be hands:on, proactive, and fully involved in daily school life

Has experience as a Teaching Assistant / SEN TA in Early Years

Is patient, caring, and confident managing challenging behaviour
