£59,350 + Overtime (1.5x)
12-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days & Nights) | Every Other Weekend Off
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across site equipment
* Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and basic control faults
* Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
* Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader to minimise downtime
Requirements
* Apprentice trained or Level 3 qualification in Engineering
* Multi-skilled with a strong electrical bias
* Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or similar manufacturing environments desirable
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Experience with processing equipment (pumps, conveyors, pipework, silos) advantageous
