The Role:
You will play a vital role in supporting students' learning, development and wellbeing within the classroom environment.
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities
* Encouraging student engagement and participation
* Supporting pupils with additional needs
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
We Are Looking For People Who:
* Have experience working with children or young people (desirable)
* Are confident, adaptable and proactive
* Have excellent communication skills
* Are passionate about supporting education
* Can build positive relationships with students and staff
* Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
