This opportunity is available while the client identifies a longer-term hire, offering an experienced digital leader the chance to shape and elevate the brand's content output across site and app in a hands-on, high-impact interim role.
The Head of Digital Content will lead the strategy, creation and execution of all digital content across web and app touchpoints, delivering engaging and brand-aligned experiences that educate, convert and excite global audiences. Working cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Marketing, PR, Tech and Performance teams, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring content consistency, digital innovation, and operational excellence.

* Develop and implement a global digital content strategy across site and app
* Lead the creation and publishing of both live and pre-recorded content to support brand storytelling and campaign execution
* Manage translations and localisation workflows using both in-house linguists and AI tools
* Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely approvals, accurate scheduling and strong cross-channel alignment
* Use content performance insights to continually optimise creative output and user engagement
Essential Skills
* Proven experience leading digital content strategy within a consumer brand or agency environment
* Strong organisational skills and experience in managing large volumes of content, localisation and workflows
* Ability to manage content production projects end-to-end, collaborating with internal studios and freelance creatives
* Confident analysing content data to inform decisions and reporting on performance
* Experience with CMS platforms and digital tools within fast-paced environments
