Overview
Guest Service Associate/Cashier (GSA) to join our family. The GSA will be responsible for driving a top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of store-level tasks. Global Partners LP has a long history delivering energy and services to communities, with a network that includes Alltown Fresh and more than 50 liquid energy terminals across the eastern seaboard. We are invested in the energy transition and community support through initiatives like GlobalGLO.

Responsibilities
* Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
* Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
* Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
* Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal).
* Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
* Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
* Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
* Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
* Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
* Must be available to work flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to perform basic computer functions.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
* Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
* Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
* Ability to perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
* Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
