Process Operative (Cider Making)
Location: Ledbury, Herefordshire
Contract: Fixed-term (end of August - December)
Base Pay: £13.00
Attendance Bonus: additional £1.30
Shift pattern:
1. Training Week: W/C 25 August 2025 - 5 full induction days
2. Post-training (2 weeks): Monday-Friday, day shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00)
3. Milling Season Rotation: Monday-Friday, 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00), approximately 60 hrs/week
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the fermentation and maturation stages of cider production
* Assist in movements and additions to cider during processing
* Maintain quality standards under pressure and ensure compliance with premium cider specifications

* Ability to meet high product standards
